Hi, Li-Jen
I want to initiate an event : 'Sugar Shack.' It is a very traditional event in Quebec during this time, people eat the traditional food (such as beam soup, ham, and pickle ) and everything with Maple Syrup!
It's kind of buffet, because if you like something, most of the time you can have another one. It's around $20 CAD per person, and we need cars since most of the Sugar Shack are in the country sides.
In addition, you can visit the farm with horses, and how do farmers make maple syrup. I believe this is a good opportunity to know more about this city and their habits since we live here.
Anyway, please help me to post the information and see how many people are interested in the event.

p.s. Let's see this and next Saturday or Sunday around evening time ( say about 4pm ), which day most people are available.
