Hi Everyone.
I just recently got a condo and I am looking for a total of 3 roomates to live with.
I believe this could be a great opportunity for anybody looking for a place out there.
The condo features the following:
Awesome Location
- 3 minutes of walk from Concordia's downtown (SGW) campus.
- 3 minutes of walk to Guy-Concordia Metro Station.
- So close to College Lasalle you might as well be living at school.
- 10 minutes of walk from any service you could possibly need. Unless you are extremely eccentric.
Very Large Space
- For a condo in the heart of downtown Montreal, I think it would be difficult for you to find a more spacious place to stay.
- Condo has 2 floors with a kitchen, a bathroom, and a living room on each floor.
- Condo has a total of 4 bedrooms.
Very Well Furnished
- I just got new furniture for the place, which has made me broke, but the result is well worth it.
- Each bedroom has a very spacious closet with coat hanging space and storage shelves.
- Each bedroom has a very large desk.
- Each bedroom has a Double Size bed. I believe in good quality sleep.
Everything is Provided
- I have a washer and dryer set.
- High-Speed Unlimited DSL Internet.
- I will get a big screen TV soon, and most probably will get a lot of channels to watch.
Friendly Atmosphere
- Well, it's true that I can't guarantee this yet, but it is a first priority for me and I will work towards it.
- I am looking for honest people above all else.
Good Price
- I ask for 700$/month, but the price may be open to negotiation.
Personally, I am a very frank and blunt person and I just wanna say that yes, I did buy this condo with the intent of renting rooms out. As you can see from the description, I have furnished it towards that end. Renting the rooms out will be beneficial for me by helping me make ends meet, and beneficial for you because I think it's a great place that has everything you need. I also think this could be mutually beneficial because I hope to bring a sense of community to this place.
