Department of Electro-Optical Engineering at
National Cheng Kung University

The Department of Electro-Optical Engineering at National Cheng Kung University is inviting applications for two full-time, tenure-track faculty positions at the assistant, associate, and full professor levels available in 2009. Candidates should have a Ph.D. degree in engineering or science and an expertise in, but not limited to, one of the following areas:

1. Display technology
2. Optoelectronic devices and materials
3. Optical information (communication, storage, sensing, etc.)
4. Biophotonics
Candidates with a background in “Biophotonics” or “Optical design” will be considered preferentially.
